Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you will not be able to access the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of One Light and its licensors.

Resignation

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Current law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws without regard to its provisions on conflicts of laws.

Our breach of any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and supersede any prior agreements we may have between us regarding the Service.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Classes, courses and retreats

General

Due to venues and teachers cancellations or any other situation beyond our control, we reserve the right to make changes to our program in both dates and content.

To book your place at our courses and retreats, you need to send us a deposit. This deposit will not be refundable in case of cancellation under any reason, for obvious logistical reasons. Therefore, please only reserve your place when you are sure to come. If you have booked a retreat and are no longer able to attend, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible so that we can offer your place to someone else.

In all circumstances, we will not be liable for any failure beyond our control; for example, unforeseeable or unavoidable situations and extraordinary circumstances (including but not limited to, for example, civil unrest, natural or other disasters, closed airports, non-compliance of third parties, including suppliers, etc.)

You bear the risk when you participate in our courses, retreats, trips and any activities.

We do not accept responsibility for loss, damage, injury or illness while in our retreat or for travel costs.

You are responsible for taking the appropriate decisions regarding your health.

Travels

You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport and necessary visas, as well as having any necessary or required vaccinations or other health requirements.

We recommend that you have adequate travel and medical insurance for the duration of your trip.
