Meditation is the most ancient method for self-discovery. In this training, we will teach the science and art of meditation from scratch, drawing on the great traditions and masters. For six months, we will have weekly online classes where the methodology will be taught step-by-step, complemented by mobility exercises. Finally, we will have a retreat for in-person, in-depth practice.
- 24 classes (60 hours), from October 28 to April 30
- Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM (Málaga time)

Rocío Sintas is a teacher with over 10 years of experience in the discipline of self-knowledge and holistic healing.
She offers classes, training programs, and retreats for awakening, healing and self-realization.
With the One Light school, Rocío complements the theory and practice of Zhineng Qigong with Hinduism, especially through Amma’s teachings.

CERTIFICATION
Those wishing to become certified teachers must attend 85% of the live or in-person classes, take a theoretical-practical exam at the end of the course, and attend the final retreat.

What I was able to feel was the concrete presence of Qi, physically, feeling it through La Qi practice, and to what extent it could heal me, how active it was, powerful, even too much, sometimes.
